Provoleta

Semi-hard cheese with a firm yellow rind. Coming from Italy and made from cow's milk that is 30 days old. When the string cheese is fully ripe, it has a strong, slightly spicy flavor. Its texture is elastic and melting, Elastic when heated and forms long "threads" when pulled, making it an excellent ingredient for all types of hot dishes.
